My name is Bridie and I am a mother of 3 young children.

I was previously a Secondary School Art and Design Teacher for 10 years and am also a qualified Yoga Teacher.

Over the past few years, I have been providing wellbeing workshops for children and their parents.

I wanted to help people on a deeper level, and this is what lead me to study and practice Kinesiology.

I work intricately with the connection between the mind and body and can help you unravel any physical, emotional, or spiritual dis-ease.

After seeing many children and teens in clinic, it became clear that our children are feeling unprecedented levels emotional and physical stress.

This led me to create a range of wellbeing products specifically for children.

Each theme addresses an underlying emotional stress and supports positive change to happen within in the nervous system, amygdala, and mind of the child.

I provide one on one sessions online and in clinic and believe in empowering the parents to be able to support the child’s well-being at home.

It is with a combination of kinesiology, workshops and well being self-care practices, that it has become my mission to empower families and children to embrace their whole family’s emotional well-being.
